If you have forgotten your password or are locked out of your account, go to ActiveDirectory SelfService: adss.cdc.cx
Chose "Forgot Password"
Fill in your Username: FirstName.LastName and Click "Continue.
You will be asked to validate your account and identity before you can set a new password.
NOTE: if you are not registered in ActiveDirectory SelfService this will not work and you will need to submit a ticket. You will be contacted to complete the password reset.
