If you are locked out of your account, go to ActiveDirectory SelfService: adss.cdc.cx
Chose "Account Locked Out?"
Fill in your Username: FirstName.LastName and Click "Continue.
You will be asked to validate your account and identity before your account will be unlocked. You may be asked to reset your password for security.
NOTE: if you are not registered in ActiveDirectory SelfService this will not work and you will need to submit a ticket. You will be contacted to unlock your account.
